Frontera Crossing

Frontera Crossing is a 162,000 square foot building Moore purchased empty in 2007.

The strategy was to target large and dense tenants. Accordingly, common areas were renovated, interior partitions demolished, and carpeting, ceiling, and lighting added to an entire floor. (Moore effectively constructed a 40,000 square foot speculative suite.)
