2100 Reston Parkway

2100 Reston Parkway was acquired by Moore and partner in December 2019, with an emphasis on improving the tenant experience and promoting its proximity to the future Metro Silver Line and the amenity base at Halley Rise.

Minor improvements to the main lobby and existing amenity base (i.e. fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge), and the addition of an outdoor tenant lounge are planned to address the needs of today’s employees. The property’s location is within a ten-minute walk to Metro’s Silver Line, scheduled to be in operation by year’s end, providing convenient commuter access. Also, the property is a four-minute walk to the Halley Rise Development, a transformative mixed-use town center with over 4.1 million SF of mixed-use space planned. Phase I, scheduled to deliver in 2022, includes 250,000 SF of retail and is anchored by a Wegmans grocery store.
