Lloyd Williams Moore

Lloyd W. Moore established Moore & Associates in 1979, with the sole purpose of enhancing the value of each of its commercial real estate assets. Mr. Moore’s strategic vision, absolute integrity, and forthright business relations were instrumental in the revitalization of downtown Silver Spring, MD.

In the mid-1980s, Moore & Associates developed, leased, managed and capitalized a three-building high-rise office complex branded as Station Square. Station Square enjoyed the reputation of being Silver Spring’s most sought-after location for commercial business use. Moore & Associates has gone on to own, manage, and develop commercial real estate properties in the Washington, DC Metro area and Austin, Texas.

Throughout his career, Mr. Moore was respected and esteemed by his business partners, investors, and colleagues, many of whom became close personal friends. He led by example and exemplified the values of teamwork, initiative, and commitment. Furthermore, Mr. Moore treated his employees with respect, fairness, and generosity.
