Lloyd Moore founded Moore&Associates in 1979 and as Chairman guides the firm's course by providing the strategic, long range vision; establishing investment policy; and, participating in new business development. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development and asset management, including marketing and leasing, approvals and entitlements, government and community relations, design, construction, finance and project management. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Moore was a project developer with Koger Properties, Inc. and a partner with Rouse and Associates. Mr. Moore holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
