Julia Finney joined Moore&Associates in 2008 as Vice President responsible for property management and leasing for the firm’s Austin, Texas portfolio and is the firm's senior executive in Texas. Ms. Finney's twenty five years of hands-on commercial real estate experience includes marketing, lease negotiation, property and asset management, and tenant interior project management. Prior to joining Moore&Associates, Ms. Finney was director of Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis where she managed over one million square feet of commercial real estate assets. Ms. Finney is a Certified Property Manager and is the past president of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
